These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at inspire.org (the "Website"), operated by Inspire Experiences of Oklahoma ("Inspire," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Website content for your personal, non-commercial use. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of Inspire.

The Inspire name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Inspire Experiences of Oklahoma. Nothing in these Terms grants any license or right to use any Inspire trademark or trade name without our prior written permission.

4.  Tour Registrations and Bookings

4.1  Registration

Tour registrations submitted through the Website are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Inspire. Inspire reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

4.2  Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering for a tour or experience. Inspire is not liable for registration failures or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

4.3  Minors

Individuals under the age of 18 may only register for a tour with the participation and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering a minor, the parent or guardian represents and warrants their legal authority to do so and agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor.

4.4  Guest Responsibilities

Guests are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring they hold all required valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health documentation
  • Complying with the laws and regulations of all destinations visited
  • Maintaining adequate travel insurance and personal health insurance for the duration of the tour
  • Any costs, losses, or consequences resulting from failure to comply with documentation or entry requirements

4.5  Tour Modifications and Cancellations

Inspire reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation: natural disasters, government travel advisories or restrictions, public health emergencies, acts of God, force majeure events, supplier failures, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, Inspire will provide reasonable notice and available alternatives or refunds in accordance with the applicable tour registration agreement.

Specific cancellation and refund terms are governed by the tour registration agreement for your booking and control in the event of any conflict with these general Terms.

4.6  Partner Experiences

Certain Inspire tours include experiences operated by third-party partners, including Answers in Genesis (Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum) and the Museum of the Bible. Participation in partner-operated experiences is also subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those respective organizations. Inspire is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of those third-party partners.

5.  Payment Terms

5.1  Payment Processors

All payments made in connection with tour registrations and donations are processed through third-party payment processors, including WeTravel, QuickBooks, and WeGive. By submitting payment, you agree to the applicable terms of service and privacy policies of those processors. Inspire does not store full payment card information.

5.2  Authorization

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the billing information provided is accurate and complete.

5.3  Pricing

All tour prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The price applicable to your registration is the price confirmed in your written registration confirmation. Inspire is not responsible for pricing errors or omissions on the Website.

6.  User-Submitted Content

By submitting content to the Website (including testimonials, photographs, or comments), you:

  • Represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to submit such content
  • Represent and warrant that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Grant Inspire a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from such content in connection with Inspire's mission and communications

INSPIRE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR FREE OF OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. INSPIRE DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE.

9.  Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INSPIRE EXPERIENCES OF OKLAHOMA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY TOUR OR EXPERIENCE, EVEN IF INSPIRE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT INSPIRE'S LIABILITY IS NOT OTHERWISE LIMITED, INSPIRE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO INSPIRE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inspire Experiences of Oklahoma, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Website or participation in any tour
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit to the Website

11.  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inspire Experiences of Oklahoma with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
